By purchasing entries, memberships, or merchandise from the Kentucky Houndsmen Association (“KHA”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

• Each purchased entry equals one (1) entry into the drawing. 
• A maximum of 300 entries will be made available for the 2026 Elk Tag Benefit Drawing. 
• All entry purchases are final and non-refundable. 
• The winner will be selected at random during a live drawing broadcast on the Kentucky Houndsmen Association Facebook page. 
• The selected winner will be contacted using the information provided at checkout. 
• Physical tickets will not be issued. Entry numbers will be assigned and emailed within 24–72 hours after purchase. 

• Participants must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. 
• The selected winner is responsible for meeting all Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife requirements, including licensing, permits, and legal eligibility necessary to receive and use the elk tag. 
• KHA is not responsible if the selected winner is unable to claim or use the prize due to legal, regulatory, or licensing restrictions. 

• The prize consists of one (1) Special Commission Bull Elk Tag for Zone 4 for the Kentucky Fall 2026 hunting season. 
• The prize is non-transferable except where permitted by applicable laws or regulations. 
• No cash value or cash alternative will be provided. 

• Membership purchases apply to the 2026 membership year unless otherwise stated. 
• Membership purchases are non-refundable. 
• Membership benefits may include eligibility to participate in Championship Series events, awards programs, and other association activities, subject to KHA rules and requirements. 

• All payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers, including GoDaddy Payments. 
• KHA does not store complete payment card information. 

• KHA is not responsible for technical issues, website outages, interrupted transactions, or payment processor failures beyond its reasonable control. 
• By participating, purchasers agree to release and hold harmless the Kentucky Houndsmen Association, its officers, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from participation in drawings, events, or prize use. 

• By making a purchase, you consent to KHA using your contact information to communicate regarding purchases, membership information, drawing updates, event notifications, and related association communications. 
• KHA does not sell personal information to third parties. 

• The Kentucky Houndsmen Association is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Please consult a qualified tax professional regarding the deductibility of contributions or purchases. 

• KHA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
